CK Deep Drawing has initiated a 3-month project with the aim of preparing a climate report in collaboration with Erhvervshus Midtjylland and the consulting company Viegand Maagøe.

CO2 mapping in accordance to the Greenhouse Gas Protocol (GHGP) are made, and a plan will be drawn up for the climate-related measures to be taken in the coming years.

CK Deep Drawing has been paying attention to the climate footprint for a number of years and has already invested in several sustainable measures. A compressor has been purchased with far less energy consumption, fluorescent tubes have been replaced with LED lighting throughout the factory, oil boilers have been replaced with heat pumps, and the surplus heat from the machinery is recovered in the heat pumps. Measurements have also been reported in the sustainability platform Ecovadis, and in 2022 the assessment was silver. The foundation is good for the future climate footprint.
